What is Pavement?

We're a small restaurant, do we need online ordering?
Absolutely! No matter the size of your business, be it a home based bakery or small mom & pop pizza joint, our tools help you increase your customer base, streamline your production time and... keep your existing customers happy.

We're not tech savvy, is Pavement complicated?
We built Pavement with cooks in mind. On sign up, you'll be assigned a Pavement Creative Team Member who'll get you set-up, do a free training session and make any updates to your site. All you need to do is click a button, upload your menu and do nothin.

Are there any additional fees or costs?
There are no transaction fees for instore purchases or payments.
If you choose a third-party payment provider, there will be additional fees of 3%, 2% or 1% for our Elements, Enterprise, and Enterprise+ plans, respectively. By default, these fees are paid by the customer.
Delivery Fees
Customers pay delivery fees as follows:
Elements: $5.49. $24.99, Enterprise: $4.99 / $23.99, Enterprise +: $4.49 / $22.99.
Custom Fees
You can control all fees everywhere, upcharge your customers for delivery or credit card payments.

Do I need web hosting to use Pavement?
Pavement includes unlimted hosting, bandwidth and Free SSL on all plans.

How long are your contracts?
All Pavement plans are ran on a month to month basis unless you sign up to a custom plan.

Do I need to enter my payment details to sign up?
No. You can sign up and use Pavement for 30 days without entering your payment details. At the end of your trial, or when you decide to launch your store you will be able to continue on Pavement Basic for free or choose from one of our paid plans.

How long do I have to wait to receive money?
Money is deposited directly into your account via stripe. Basic & Pavement plans are 7 business days, Pavement + construct is daily.
