Overview.
Pavement is looking for a regional manager to build sales strategies, manage and grow our regional team in Southwestern Ontario. This leadership role will involve a well-rounded set of tasks including development of sales pipeline, vendor support, team leadership and implementation of local humanitarian strategies.
As regional manager you’ll be working directly with some of Ontarios best restaurants and food joints to boost their sales, offer support and sign on new vendors to the platform. This full time position will involve a mix of at-home remote and on-site work requiring a fun, energetic, organized and well rounded personality who isn’t afraid to think outside the box and go with the flow.
As a part of a start-up you’ll be required to wear multiple hats including vendor onboarding (yay), data entry (yuck), store support (OK), promotion of the platform to new vendors (yay), and building up strategies for the sales team we expand (yay). If you enjoy being part of something new & fresh, are able to think for yourself and thrive in an environment where you’re writing the instruction manual vs following it, this is the position for you.

How much money can I make?
The street team program is not intended to replace a salary, however extra fun money? 100%. Customers pay a convenience fee between 3-5% of the subtotal when ordering from a Pavement store, active team member receives 10% of these fees. The average earning potential is between $10-$100 monthly and varies depending on size and volume of the vendor.

How and when do I get paid?
Payments for the previous month are processed on the 15th of every calendar month and deposited into your bank account via direct deposit.

How will I know my referral is successful?
We’ll let you know by email when a company you referred has signed up, and again when they have made their first sale.

How many vendors can I refer to Pavement?
The sky's the limit, or not. As a Pavement Affiliate, you can refer as many businesses, friends, family members, as you'd like. There's no limit to your earning potential.

Is there any other way my account can be disabled?
Pavement reserves the right to cancel any referal account at any time with 30 days notice without penatly or notice. A breach of terms and conditions may result in an immediate deactivation without warning.
